St. Mary's Healthcare has been recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace, a designation based solely on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, a workplace culture research firm. The survey measures aspects such as respect and support in the workplace, opportunities for growth, and empowerment.

Jeff Methven, president and CEO of St. Mary’s Healthcare, expressed gratitude to the team for this accomplishment, stating, “This Top Workplace designation belongs to everyone at St. Mary’s and validates our collective efforts to build a supportive work environment at our independent community hospital.” He continued, “Those who completed the survey affirmed our positive workplace culture and conveyed our continued commitment to the path forward. Together, we will make our Top Workplace even better.”

Despite challenges in the healthcare sector, St. Mary’s has invested strategically in areas like compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and career development. The hospital also prioritizes transparency and communication while involving employees more in decision-making processes.
