Grace Meng, a U.S. Congresswoman representing New York's 6th district, expressed her concerns on various issues through a series of tweets. Meng has been serving in Congress since 2013 after succeeding Gary Ackerman. Her educational background includes a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from Yeshiva University.

On March 5, 2025, Meng criticized the decision to withdraw from international agreements by stating, "Withdrawing from the World Health Organization (WHO) & the Paris Climate Agreement is reckless." She emphasized that this move jeopardizes global health care and endangers lives.

In another tweet posted on the same day, Meng addressed economic concerns related to grocery prices and tariffs. She stated, "The President promised lower the prices of groceries on day one." Meng pointed out that instead of decreasing, grocery bills have increased for her constituents due to imposed tariffs.

Meng also commented on Elon Musk's influence over federal matters. On March 5, she tweeted, "Reminder: Elon Musk was not elected by the American people." She accused him of executive overreach concerning federal agencies and workers' rights.
