St. Mary's Healthcare appoints Macey Rorick as nursing director

Macey Rorick has been appointed as the new Nursing Director for Women & Family Services at St. Mary’s Healthcare. Her career at St. Mary’s began as a registered nurse in a medical-surgical unit, where she gained experience in various areas including intensive care, progressive care, surgical care, and maternity. She has also played a role as a preceptor for new nurses.

"Macey is known for her dedication to exceptional care, her patients, and her colleagues," stated Julie Fenton, executive director of clinical operations at St. Mary’s Healthcare. "Her support for others and willingness to take on new challenges has earned the trust and respect of her team and the leadership at St. Mary’s."

Rorick holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on nursing leadership and administration from Capella University. Additionally, she possesses bachelor's degrees from both Capella University and the University at Albany. She is certified in electronic fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation.

St. Mary’s Healthcare has been serving Montgomery and Fulton counties since 1903, providing essential healthcare services through its hospital facilities including the Rao Outpatient Pavilion.
