Yeshiva University's Alumni Association has recently released its April 2024 Newsletter, showcasing a range of exciting events and opportunities for alumni engagement.

The newsletter encourages alumni to join the YU Alumni Association, highlighting the benefits of obtaining an alumni ID card for access to campus facilities and receiving notifications about networking events, job opportunities, and career support.

One upcoming event mentioned in the newsletter is "An Evening of Unity, Solidarity and Story," featuring speakers such as Hersh Goldberg-Polin's parents and freed hostage Louis Har and family on Sunday, April 7, 2024.

Cardozo alumni have the chance to connect at events in Israel and Italy, with receptions scheduled in Tel Aviv on April 10, 2024, and a global reunion in Milan on April 25-26, 2024.

Alumni from the class of 1974 are encouraged to mark their calendars for a 50-year reunion on May 29, 2024, and participation in Chag HaSemikhah 2024, the ordination ceremony for rabbis trained at RIETS, on June 16, 2024.

For sports enthusiasts, an exciting event is planned for September 8, 2024, as alumni can enjoy a day at the Mets game, including exclusive perks and experiences.

The newsletter also highlights past events, such as gatherings for YU alumni in private equity, fundraising initiatives like The Gift of YU, and a panel discussion on Suicide Prevention and Resiliency with over 100 attendees.

In addition, alumnae publications by Stern College for Women graduates are currently on display at the Hedi Steinberg Library until May 2024, showcasing the literary achievements of alumnae from the Class of 1958 onwards.

To further engage with the alumni community, opportunities like the YU Mentoring Volunteer Program and updates on academic programs like Undergraduate Torah Studies and the Sy Syms School of Business are also featured in the newsletter.

For alumni looking to promote their businesses, connect with peers in Israel, or mentor YU students, the newsletter provides contact information for relevant offices within Yeshiva University.

As the Alumni Affairs Newsletter continues to keep alumni informed and connected, the YU community is encouraged to stay updated on upcoming events and opportunities for involvement.
