The Gottesman Library at an unveiling on April 1st, 2024, introduced a new facility for students called the Digital Media Studio. The studio, situated on the fourth floor of the Mendel Gottesman Library Building, offers a range of cutting-edge equipment and resources for student use.

Among the equipment available at the Digital Media Studio are a Dremel 3D printer, a RodeCaster Pro podcast mixing recorder & microphones, a JVC 4K video camera & green screen "virtual" studio backdrop, and two iMac computers with M3 processors. These iMac computers come equipped with various software applications like Apple's Final Cut Pro, Logic software, Adobe's Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), as well as 3D design software such as Autodesk Fusion 360, Blender, and TinkerCAD.

Open from Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 8 pm, the Digital Media Studio allows students to reserve the space for two hours with the option of renewal. However, students interested in 3D printing are required to attend a 30-minute Intro Workshop before utilizing the studio, as stated by the announcement, "Students requesting a 3D printing reservation will need to attend a 30-minute Intro Workshop (offered weekly) before using the studio."

This new studio space serves as a hub for students to explore their creativity and enhance their digital media skills in a conducive environment.
