Flatiron home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Flatiron rose by $1,073,900 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,499,500 - a 75.3% increase over the $1,425,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Flatiron in July 2016.
