September 2021: Home prices in Yonkers increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Yonkers rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 323.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $565,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Yonkers in September 2020.
