Upper East Side home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Upper East Side rose by $691,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,640,000 - a 72.8% increase over the $949,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Upper East Side in July 2016.
