TriBeCa home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in TriBeCa rose by $776,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,750,000 - a 39.3% increase over the $1,974,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in TriBeCa in July 2016.
