Lenox Hill home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lenox Hill fell by $287,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,362,500 - a 17.4% decrease over the $1,650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lenox Hill in July 2016.
