Murray Hill home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Murray Hill fell by $218,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,076,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $1,294,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Murray Hill in July 2016.
