Washington Heights home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Washington Heights fell by $312,623 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,607 - a 45.1% decrease over the $693,230 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Washington Heights in March 2017, as well.
