Yeshiva University's TAMID chapter has achieved notable success recently, securing significant wins and launching new initiatives.
The YU TAMID team placed second in the TAMID Group National Case Competition, competing against 60 other universities. The team, consisting of Ben Winters, Menukhah Yaghoubzar, and Kobi Hirt, worked on a case analysis for LittleOne.Care. "It was an incredible opportunity to dive into the case and develop a unique strategy for LittleOne.Care," expressed Menukhah Yaghoubzar. The team recommended strategic partnerships with hospitals and pediatric centers to help LittleOne.Care expand market share.
At TAMID-Con 2025, YU's chapter received the Continuous Learning Award, recognizing their commitment to education and case competition success. Liorah Yaghoubzar, the chapter president, interviewed Miami Marlins owner Ari Ackerman at the event, which was attended by around 150 students.
John Vasquez, TAMID Program Manager, praised the chapter for its "relentless commitment to providing its members with real-world learning opportunities." TAMID at YU has fostered a learning environment that integrates educational advancement with practical application.
In a groundbreaking move, YU's chapter was approved to launch a Financial Consulting Track, a first in the school's history. Liorah Yaghoubzar noted that this track would offer students hands-on experience with Israeli companies, positioning YU as a leader in practical finance education. The financial consulting team will include Daniel Weiss, Morris Tawil, Seth Coronel, and other talented students.
These accomplishments underscore the chapter's dedication to enhancing educational opportunities and fostering career development.
