Hiroshi Igarashi, President and Global CEO of Japanese advertising giant Dentsu Group Inc., said the growth of Dentsu Creative U.S., headquartered in New York City, is the result of the company "redefining how a modern global firm should operate."
His statement came after Ad Age reported on the 2024 growth of the firm.
“The bottom line is this: One Dentsu is not just about integrating services—it is about redefining how a modern global firm should operate. To be at the forefront of people-centered transformations that shape the world, dentsu must invest in innovation and strategic client engagement—essentially our One Dentsu model.”
Dentsu Creative U.S. experienced significant growth in 2024, reported Ad Age. The network secured nine major new clients, including Adobe, T-Mobile, Honeywell, Lowe’s, and several Tropicana Brands Group brands. This expansion contributed to more than $50 million in net new revenue.
The agency also achieved 81% organic growth with existing clients such as Crayola, Intel, and QVC during the same period. Dentsu Creative played a key role in Nutter Butter's viral TikTok strategy.

The company's "One Dentsu" vision aims to unify its diverse business units under a single, seamless structure to enhance collaboration, agility, and client service. As part of the company's recently announced Mid-Term Management Plan for 2025-2027, the initiative focuses on strengthening Dentsu’s global market presence, particularly in key regions such as Japan and the United States, while boosting its capabilities in media and integrated growth solutions.. The company has set ambitious financial targets, including 4% organic growth and an operating margin of 16-17% by fiscal year 2027.
