The Yeshiva College Dramatics Society (YCDS) is set to present "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised] [Again!]" at the Schottenstein Theatre. The performance will feature three students from Yeshiva College who will tackle all 39 of Shakespeare’s plays in a mere 97 minutes. The show promises a blend of satire, improvisation, and fast-paced performances. It stars Kiki Arochas ‘25YC, Ronnie Hidary ‘27YC, and Shneur Levy ‘25YC.

Professor Reuven Russell, who teaches speech and drama at Stern College for Women and serves as the artistic director of YCDS, directs the play. Yosef Siegel ‘26YC takes on the role of assistant director. Siegel commented on the upcoming play: “The upcoming play will be a fun and unique experience where you get to watch three people try their best to perform every one of Shakespeare's works in an hour and a half which goes accordingly off the rails.” He added that while knowledge of Shakespeare isn't necessary to enjoy the play, it could enhance appreciation for some jokes.

Meir Hass ‘27YC, technical director for the show, noted improvements made to Schottenstein Theater: "With the technical upgrades we've made to Schottenstein Theater this year, we aim to deliver a more immersive show than ever before."

Performances are scheduled for March 30 at 3:00 pm; March 31 at 7:00 pm; April 1 at 7:00 pm; and April 2 at 7:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased through https://yeshiva.campusgroups.com/YCDS/.
