Castle Connolly has been researching, reviewing, and selecting Top Doctors for over 30 years. Their peer-reviewed directory connects patients with top healthcare providers across all major specialties in the United States. The Top Doctors list includes the top 7% of practicing physicians in the country, featuring more than 70,000 doctors selected through a rigorous peer nomination process based on clinical expertise and other factors such as interpersonal skills, professional achievements, certifications, and clinical outcomes.

This year, Maimonides Health had 97 physicians recognized by Castle Connolly. Among these, 80 full-time faculty members were from Maimonides Medical Center, 16 from Maimonides Children’s Hospital, and one from Maimonides Midwood Community Hospital.
