Cost of college went up for all students at Yeshiva Gedola Ohr Yisrael

Tuition and fees rose 4.1 percent for 2018-19 at Yeshiva Gedola Ohr Yisrael, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $7,600 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $300 more than the $7,300 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 38 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 3 students received grants or scholarships totaling $12,270.

Including all undergraduates (38), 14 students used grants or scholarships totaling $62,903.
