Cost of college went up for all students at St. Joseph's College-New York

Tuition and fees rose 4.8 percent for 2018-19 at St. Joseph's College-New York, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $27,830 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,280 more than the $26,550 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 96 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 164 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.7 million and 100 students took out student loans totaling more than $617,149.

Including all undergraduates (1,179), 830 students used grants or scholarships totaling $12.2 million, and 501 students took out $3.4 million in federal student loans.
