The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Gaithersburg fell by $100 while total sales remained unchanged with 33 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,900 - a 0% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Gaithersburg in February 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Gaithersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,166, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
