Morningside Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Morningside Heights rose by $795,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,745,000 - a 83.7% increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Morningside Heights in 2016.
