Little Italy home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Little Italy rose by $180,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $920,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Little Italy in 2016.
