Central Harlem home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Central Harlem fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $899,000 - a 0.1% decrease over the $900,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Central Harlem in 2016.
