NoHo home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in NoHo rose by $380,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,395,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $2,015,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in NoHo in the fourth quarter of 2016.
