Lower East Side home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Lower East Side rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,245,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $1,225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lower East Side in the fourth quarter of 2016.
