Murray Hill home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Murray Hill rose by $70,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 25 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,230,000 - a 6% increase over the $1,160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Murray Hill in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
