Kips Bay home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Kips Bay rose by $720,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,585,000 - a 83.2% increase over the $865,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Kips Bay in the first quarter of 2017.
