Fulton/Seaport home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Fulton/Seaport rose by $498,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,148,500 - a 30.2% increase over the $1,650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Fulton/Seaport in the second half of 2016.
