Lincoln Square home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lincoln Square rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,875,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $1,827,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Lincoln Square in the second half of 2016.
