Central Harlem home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Central Harlem fell by $137,500 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $925,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $1,062,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Central Harlem in the second half of 2016.
