Battery Park City home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Battery Park City rose by $23,750 while total sales decreased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $878,750 - a 2.8% increase over the $855,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Battery Park City in the second half of 2016.
