Williamsburg-North Side/South Side home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Williamsburg-North Side/South Side fell by $4,585,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 92.9% decrease over the $4,935,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Williamsburg-North Side/South Side in July 2016.
