Park Slope/Gowanus home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Park Slope/Gowanus fell by $315,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $885,000 - a 26.3% decrease over the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Park Slope/Gowanus in October 2016.
