The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill rose by $912,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,275,000 - a 251.7% increase over the $362,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill in February 2017.
