Brooklyn home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Brooklyn rose by $65,142 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 675 homes sold, with a median sale price of $693,642 - a 10.4% increase over the $628,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 716 homes sold in Brooklyn in January 2017.
