Crown Heights North home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Crown Heights North fell by $53,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $936,250 - a 5.4% decrease over the $990,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Crown Heights North in January 2017.
