Prospect Heights home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Prospect Heights rose by $152,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $667,500 - a 29.6% increase over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Prospect Heights in February 2017.
