Central Harlem home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Central Harlem rose by $239,687 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 27.9% increase over the $860,313 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Central Harlem in July 2016.
