SoHo home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in SoHo rose by $1,990,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,700,000 - a 116.4% increase over the $1,710,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in SoHo in October 2016.
