Upper West Side home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Upper West Side rose by $118,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 25 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,117,500 - a 11.9% increase over the $999,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Upper West Side in October 2016, as well.
