Central Harlem home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Central Harlem rose by $184,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,147,250 - a 19.2% increase over the $962,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Central Harlem in October 2016.
