Midtown home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Midtown rose by $214,871 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,567,371 - a 15.9% increase over the $1,352,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Midtown in October 2016.
