Chelsea home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Chelsea fell by $721,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,153,500 - a 38.5% decrease over the $1,875,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Chelsea in October 2016, as well.
