East Village home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in East Village fell by $725,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,010,000 - a 41.8% decrease over the $1,735,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in East Village in October 2016.
