Times Square home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Times Square rose by $183,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,005,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $821,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Times Square in October 2016.
