Central Harlem home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Central Harlem rose by $157,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,995,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $1,837,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Central Harlem in December 2016.
