Wall Street home prices unchanged in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Wall Street was unchanged while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $770,000. There were 15 homes sold in Wall Street in January 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $770,000.
