SoHo home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in SoHo fell by $1,587,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,412,500 - a 39.7% decrease over the $4,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in SoHo in February 2017, as well.
