Upper East Side home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Upper East Side fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,617,500 - a 1.7% decrease over the $1,645,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Upper East Side in February 2017.
