East Village home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in East Village fell by $27,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $974,750 - a 2.8% decrease over the $1,002,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in East Village in March 2017.
