On April 1, 2025, Meng highlighted the achievements of the VA Home Loans Program that has facilitated home ownership for veterans and military families for over eight decades. She noted that, "In NYC, 2 in 3 apartment buildings are co-ops. I introduced my Fair Access to Co-ops for Veterans Act with @RepNicole to expand this VA program to include co-ops. It's"
Later that day, Meng addressed an inconsistency within the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, emphasizing the impracticality of recipients being unable to purchase hot meals while frozen versions are allowed. She stated, "I reintroduced my bipartisan Hot Foods Act to change this outdated rule. It's only commonsense."
On April 2, 2025, Meng tweeted about the bipartisan support witnessed in the House for a resolution promoting remote voting for Congress members who are new parents. Her tweet clarified that "There is no reason why we can't accommodate new parents on both sides of the aisle!"
